I have my doctor appointment in a couple of hours.

I don& #39;t want to go.

I& #39;m back. Sorry it took so long to update. I had to "decontaminate" when I got home. Stripped down, put my clothes & mask in the washer.

Took a shower.

Then sprayed everything I may have touched, including my phone.

Appointment went fine.

Thought I was being overly cautious, but was told I wasn& #39;t. That made me feel better.

Everyone was wearing masks. I wore gloves, too. Other patients saw me & put on gloves, too.

Picked up 2 extra masks.1 homemade. The other came from the port access kit.

Now, I don& #39;t have to go out until May 4th.

I& #39;m going to order my mid month groceries early. One of the lab nurses told me they expect to be hit hard in the next week or 2, when this thing peaks.

I want to avoid contact as much as possible.
