Trump says he& #39;s used this for other reasons (to urge African Americans to vote for him), but will use it again re hydroxychloroquine: "What do you have to lose? What do you have to lose?" (It can make people sick, and if it doesn& #39;t work, they& #39;re not taking something that does.)
