We students from all over the world are really facing some tough time right now. Some exams have been cancelled or delayed, cafes are closed, some cities have been locked down. And we are at home with just so much-
Stress and online lectures! We don& #39;t want to lose the semester nor any important information/education that we need in our life even after we pass the exam. So we have to study but then staying at home and watching the whole mess in the world right now is enough reasoning--
For any of us to feel anxious, stressed or not motivated.. It is just normal.
But how can we surpass that and try to push through the whole situation so we won& #39;t feel any regret once this is over.
I& #39;ll share some tips that I am trying to stick to (trying XD) to make those--

Days useful. Because they are a part of our life and it& #39;d be a waste to let them pass just without doing anything.

Nothing is done and there when you are tracking date you won& #39;t let it jump from 1st to 4th without you even feeling it! If you are not a bullet journal person you can use your phone or an app to keep tracking the date.
Second, have a standard and never give up on it----
Second, have a standard and never give up on it----
A standard means: give yourself a minimum like: I want to study at least for 2 hrs everyday no matter what. And work to pass that standard! It can even be 30 mins minimum! Something is always better than nothing. Everybody has their own limits and a starter point can---
Always use some improvement.
Third, have daily plans. No weekly nor monthly. Because the sooner the better! Itdoesn& #39;t matter when you wake up, what matters is to a make good use of the time when you are awake. Start off with few simple tasks and take ---

A break in between. Never push your brain more than what it can take because that& #39;d make you feel bored and disgusted! Always reward yourself no matter how simple the task you finish! Because again, something is betterthan nothing--
During break, It is better to do something refreshing such as refilling that water bottle! Making a cup of coffee, cooking a small meal.. Doing some stretches! But don& #39;t spend your break on your phone! (Sorry but not REALLY NOT recommended XD) because the break is--
Meant to recharge your mind, give your eyes some rest, give your body the time to move and so the best break is when you get up your chair and do something. Also, if you started to check ur accs during your break it might make it go on for half an hour and even more! --
That& #39;s why when you want to study, sit your goal and turn off the internet. You want to study for two hours? Good! Set the timer on 25 mins and focus. Then get a break and so on.
Now once you are done with your study for the day you& #39;d find that you still have plenty--

So key point is to put a plan and stick to it. Never sacrifice your study time for anything. All study sessions are valid, respect your own limits and try to stretch them step by step without pressuring yourself with comparing your work to others because everybody--
Is different.
Also, it is really important to review your work at the end of day and do the

Always love to see and learn from other students& #39; work and plans) and so we can motivate each others to do more.
We can even make a study group chat if any of yall is interested.

Your stress won& #39;t save the world, and won& #39;t help the sick people in the hospitals..nor do anything but damage your health and your mind. Try to always focus on the positive part. Yes we can do that, it might need practise but if you want to think positive you& #39;ll find a way!--
I am sorry this thread turned out this long (omg) but I just shared what I think it might help! And i really wish you all the best of luck in whatever you are planning to do.
