it’s been three days since i first started and i’m not doing any crazy diet i’m just trying to eat healthier bc I use food as a copying mechanism for my anxiety which makes my relationship w it really really bad
its not my first time trying to change my relationship w food into a healthier one, I’m always back n back with my habits n i think there’s still a long journey ahead of me to achieve that. its safe to say ive been seeing a nutritionist so im not eating whatever i think its ok
