i am incandescently angry with @sainsburys. I have been trying to register my 85 yr-old mum as vulnerable for weeks. Talking to a fucking computer; if a 63 yr-old prof can& #39;t do this what chance would my mum have doing it herself???

Having another go. Computer on their registration line tells me to a ring a number which then tells me to ring registration line. Trying their ordinary help number - waiting nearly an hour so far. @sainsburys completely useless; no thought to needs of vulnerable like my mum.
