Melissa Barton-Schmitt was arrested in Stuart, Florida. Police say she took a walk through Downtown Stuart and was live on Facebook discussing the fact she was recently tested for COVID-19 and didn& #39;t have the results yet. She is charged with violation of the executive order.

Stuart Police also charged her with disorderly conduct because they say she became agitated and caused a disturbance when they responded. She also discussed on Facebook live how she thought her test would be positive, police say.
