When you announce there are 1 million #COVID19 cases, please can you make it clear that the actual number of infections may be closer to 100 million.

The "confirmed cases" are in hospital, immune or dead.
It& #39;s the millions of un-tested infected people who:
- Are infecting others
- Drive ICU load
- Determine death tolls.
Talking only about the "cases" iceberg tip breeds complacency.
Complacency kills. It already is.
