On a zoom call & my office door opens silently.
A small hand reaches in, arm clad in a fleece onesie, placing a note on the guest bed.
The door closes again softly.
Camera off, I scoot over.
"On trampoline" it says.

10 mins later, the door opens again and the note is retrieved surreptitiously.
A new note appears moments later, "trampoline" scratched out and "Out to check the mail" scrawled beneath it.

How is he so little and so big at the same time? 2/5
He has now returned, breathless, after lugging a 12 kg / 28 lb box of kitty litter two blocks home. By himself.

I had a lot of negative thoughts but I tried to change them into positive thoughts. But it was hard.
I wasn& #39;t even that far from the mailbox and it was HEAVY."
(sigh)
"I& #39;m exhausted."

I have so much to learn from him.

Often, the load is heavy.
And the distance far.
And the negative thoughts take over.
But it& #39;s ok to stop and put it down & #39;WAY MORE than 12 times& #39;.
You just need to pick it back up again once you& #39;re ready.
