Cruel Summer is a Haylor song https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đŸŽ¶" title="Multiple musical notes" aria-label="Emoji: Multiple musical notes"> : a thread.

(PSA: This is a theory I& #39;ve had for a while and I haven& #39;t been able to shake it, so I& #39;m putting it out there. No one has to agree, but please don& #39;t call me delusional if you disagree. It& #39;s just a theory.)
Remember this scene in the Style music video and how there were theories about Harry being the one behind the camera? And she’s wearing that ring that he has now (he wore it on GMA 2017 & in a recent Gucci photoshoot).
Here she is wearing the same dress out in Aug 2014. That infamous pic of her looking sad sitting on a park bench. Given the dress she’s wearing, this was presumably the same day as the scene from the music video, where she looked so happy. So what made her look so sad?
Now let& #39;s look at the lyrics. Just a heads up, this is a pretty thorough analysis of my interpretation of the lyrics.
And here& #39;s the last part of my lyric analysis.
I have one last thing to add: this tweet from Taylor Nation. It’s not really as substantial when it comes to making my case as the lyrical breakdown, but I found it interesting. Why did they tweet that, I wonder? Maybe to give a clue that the two songs are connected?
No one cares, but I have a few more things to add to this thread that I left out before. Just want to add them so I can have a collection of all the relevant details connected to this theory.
First, in my lyrical analysis, when I was addressing the line “no rules in breakable heaven” I totally forgot to mention something significant. When talking about Out of the Woods (about Harry), on numerous occasions Taylor described the relationship as fragile or breakable.
