If he made this claim twice, once over a year ago & once now then either he is claiming he has twice strengthened procedures or he is lying on one or both occasions. It also means that he is not absolved in the case of Lesley Perrin as this was after the interview re: Luciana 3/

So to summarise: Sep 2018 Corbyn claims to have expanded & strengthened all procedures so there’s no abuse in the party. Nov 2019 Corbyn, as an excuse for a mismanaged case earlier THIS year says he only strengthened procedures THIS summer.
