One thing I genuinely don& #39;t understand is why the Mueller Report doesn& #39;t contain real analysis related to the president& #39;s apparent false statements to investigators. He had all this information at the time of the report. So why just ignore it entirely?

Even if Mueller didn& #39;t think there was enough available evidence to make the case (which would ignore the strength of the record), why not address it as a possible count of obstruction the way he does all the others?
