Thread: most depictions of the Harrowing of Hell just have Jesus standing there letting people out of a hellmouth, but every so often one makes it look like Jesus pulled off a heist.

Like this one from BL MS Arundel 157, where Jesus has overpowered and TIED UP a demon guard.

I love the Harrowings with demons sounding the alarm, like they& #39;re going to do something about this jailbreak.

This one is definitely a battle. He& #39;s knocked out one guard, but they& #39;re firing on him from the battlements.
