People with highly volatile & restless brains, do you ever wish you could experience life with a chill & calm brain even if it& #39;s for one day?

Idk about you, but I& #39;d really love it if my brain isn& #39;t on fire _all the time_. It& #39;s such a struggle on some days to calm it down enough and do normal things. If anyone has ideas, I& #39;m all ears but I& #39;m v close to believing that it might never happen.

Idk how to explain it. My brain just *never stops*. It& #39;s constantly thinking about something or another. If nothing else, it& #39;s thinking about thinking itself lol

I literally have no idea what that feels like bc my brain is going at a million miles an hour all the time. I& #39;m not exaggerating. Every single waking moment is like that. I can& #39;t make it slow down or bc there& #39;s always something to think about. This is not a good problem to have

People, please stop suggesting yoga, meditation and weed repeatedly to fix this for the love of all things good. Kthxbye.
