UPDATE: WE HAVE A PLAN.

The long and short of it is that I *need* my pelvic MRI done before we can move forward.
There is too much risk in giving me my #Vedolizumab without knowing the full picture.

HOWEVER, I am healing slowly and have a cavity of 4cm which is being stubborn.
Plan is to review in clinic in four weeks time and if there is no progress, I need a EUA performed.

If I get more #IBD symptoms or develop infection symptoms before then - especially after my infusion - I need to call in and a EUA will be booked regardless.

At the moment, I am sore and experiencing the overwhelming fatigue with abdominal pain which is my first warning of my Crohn’s becoming active.

I want to sigh and cry and just shrug because it is what is it. I’m taking it one day at a time.
