3. How do u convict a (D)efendant under RICO?
All you need is 2 prove that the D engaged in 2 OR MORE instances of racketeering activity AND that D directly invested in, maintained an interest in, or participated in a criminal enterprise affecting interstate or foreign commerce.

4. #RICO defines 35 offenses as defining racketeering. We will look at them in #5. Note that #WireFraud and #MailFraud are on the list. Does anyone remember when @Potus mentioned mail fraud or something like that? I remember seeing something.
