Here’s the relevant section of the Ministerial Code. For what it’s worth, misleading parliament is a breach of the code but it is not a trigger for an automatic resignation/sacking.

Those paying attention will also note it says a resignation would be expected to be offered to the First Minister. This section doesn’t outline what should happen if it is the First Minister who is misleading parliament & breaking the Ministerial Code.
