Expands access to rural health care
Additional PPP forgivable loans for small businesses
$25 Billion in rental assistance
Extension of eviction moratorium until January 31, 2021
New Low-Income Water Utility Bill Assistance
15% increase to SNAP benefits
$3.2 Billion for low-income families to get access to broadband internet
$300 Million to fund broadband in rural areas
$69 Billion for vaccines, testing, and tracing + Additional funds for industries hurt by this pandemic like transportation, tourism, and child care.
