We've brought together some of our projects in response to Covid-19 in an end of year report, summarising impact on healthcare, businesses, people and communities in our region - all delivered by our inspiring Hallam community. #TrulyCivic #TeamHallam

👨‍⚕️ 600 healthcare students volunteered to
support the NHS frontline
🏃 Our Active at Home booklet helped people stay
active during lockdown
🤧 Our Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre is helping
people rehabilitate and recover from Covid-19
💼 Through @ScaleUp360, we supported local
hospitality companies adapting to Covid-19
🦸 We were named a UK Business Hero for ‘going the
extra mile’ to support local businesses
🎓 We funded 120 internships with local SMEs,
supporting them and our graduates
🎓 Our @GROW_Mentoring programme has so far
partnered over 340 school pupils in the region with a
graduate mentor to support their learning
👏 This academic year, more than 1,600 of our students
did 41,000 hours volunteering with local charities
Universities Minister @michelledonelan sent a message of support, praising our work in the community.
