✅If a client goes to a bank and asks to switch off the security cams, shows a check without firm, asks for money without having funds and the bank cashier pays him, would anyone question that it is a fraud between cashier and client?
✅Twitter and media would say that this is in dispute
That´s exactly what happened in the USA elections:

✅Auditors of the recount are kicked out
✅They separate ballots /envelopes without allowing no one to check signatures
✅They “earn” more votes than voters (till 200%)
