so I just spent the entire day on Zoom calls with teachers.
IT'S....NOT GREAT Y'ALL. This is gonna be shocking to many of you but it seems as though @teainfo and district administrators all around Central Texas are not really thinking about what it actually takes to teach

there's so many nuances for every grade, every need of a kid, every area of the city. there's no Clorox wipes/Lysol at any stores. teachers have to buy their own markers so they aren't expecting to have PPE given to them. we're a month away from school and they have no details
nobody can get a test so they are worried about just walking in blind and hoping that kids will follow the rules. they're worried they'll spend the whole day monitoring how close people get.
Here in Austin we have a superintendent who is leaving in 7 minutes so no idea when @AustinISD parents and staff will get any details.
